Your Gift Truly Matters
A direct debit of £10 a month will help pay for vital musical instruments
A direct debit of £20 a month will pay for a young person with a disability to attend 1-1 music lessons at OK Music School to learn to play a musical instrument.
£100 annual donation will help us provide music therapy sessions for a child who has faced trauma to reduce their anxiety
A £500 donation will allow us to run music therapy groups for elderly people with dementia, helping them connect and share memories.
Most importantly, you’ll be helping hundreds of children and adults who are often excluded to gain confidence, express themselves, take part in the life of our local community, and feel joy through music. Thank you!

Make A Difference
K attended OK Music School from her 5th birthday for over 5 years learning to play piano and perform in our concerts, helping her grow in confidence. She then joined the OK Music School Band, playing Djembe drum. K has an unnamed syndrome, and she recently lost her sight, a devastating change which badly affected her confidence. Then, K started to fulfil her dream to play drums ‘to be a proper rock star.’ She now plays solos in our concerts and continues to play Djembe with the Band. Her mother said:
“Music has been a lifeline for K as she adapts to a life without sight, and we are so grateful to OKMT for enabling her to express herself and all that she has to offer others through music.”
Please support more children like K to find their joy by joining our Friends of OKMT scheme. Thank you!
