**OKMT TO PITCH AT ‘DRAGONS’ DEN’ EVENT**

We have some exciting news that OKMT has been chosen to pitch at the new OneRichmond Event for Charities, inspired by Dragons’ Den!

OKMT will be one of 6 local charities pitching for support from 4 ‘Dragons’ – local business people and philanthropists. Host for the night will be legendary sports broadcaster, Jim Rosenthal.

Date: 9th June 2026, from 6.30pm – 9.30pm (with an interval)
Venue: The Exchange, Twickenham TW1 1BE

Our pitch will describe the impact OK Music School has on children and young people with disabilities, and include a performance from one of our students. The other charities pitching are Mencap Richmond, Richmond Borough Mind, MTV Youth Hampton, The Mulberry Centre, and Brighter Together.

The 4 ‘Dragons’ are:

Chanade Ramsay, Regional Social Value Lead for Kier, who are sponsoring the event and are currently working on the Twickenham Riverside Redevelopment project.

Will le Fleming is Founding Master of Thomas’s College, a new independent school on Richmond Hill.

Sylvia Parsonage is the founder and Principal of Parsonage & Co Solicitors. 

Lord John Lee of Trafford is a local philanthropist, journalist, and author.
