FAMILIES ENJOY END OF SUMMER FAIR
The rain held off long enough on Sunday for over 500 children and adults to enjoy the many activities at the End of Summer Fair – the adventure playground, live music, yoga, karate, Knots Arts drama, drumming, BBQ, gorgeous cakes and real ale! Many thanks to all the contributors, volunteer helpers on the day and the Mayor of LBRuT, Cllr Nancy Baldwin, who came to draw the raffle.
Re-imagining Marble Hill Playcentres
As well as a fun day out for all the family, the event was organised by OKMT, Marble Hill Playcentres and Skylarks to raise funds and awareness of their joint vision to re-design and re-build Marble Hill Playcentres as an inclusive, accessible hub where the 3 charities will provide play, activities and therapies for children and young people in the area, including those with additional needs and from low income families.
